About Me

Fiona Mortimer-Wood

It was following a serious illness in my late teens that I started to investigate spirituality and complimentary therapies, which culminated in my spending two years travelling.

I discovered Reiki in 2000 in the foothills of the Annapurna mountain range in Nepal and it immediately resonated with me.  A few weeks later in India my husband and I met a Buddhist monk who became one of my Reiki Masters and I later trained under Kim Thomas at the Academy of Energetics in Colchester a few years later.

I attended the School of Insight and Intuition in Richmond, Surrey for two years and qualified in Reflexology in 2006 under Mair Campbell at the Mill Associated Institute of Reflexology in Lowestoft.  It was during this study I realised that I was using Reiki in my treatments and now combine Reflexology and Reiki to give a deeper experience on many levels.  I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I live in Suffolk with my husband and two children.
